All our shop items are held in stock and so we aim to process and ship the same day as payment is received or next day if the payment is after 2pm. We have an excellent record of super fast delivery, it's high up on our service priorities.

If you wish your items to be posted same day (which are posted first class and usually arrives next day) please ensure payment is received before 2pm on weekdays.  If it is bought later than 1pm on Friday it will probably be posted on Monday as we do not post out on Saturday.
Occasionaly we can't meet this deadline due to matters out of our control (computer problems, unexpected events etc.) but we always try to get it to you ASAP.  If we are going to be away we will post a notice on the shop home page.


All of our posting prices for the UK are first class Royal Mail and include a small charge for packaging. However, very large or heavy orders for the UK will be posted using a reliable economy courier.  The price displayed for your postage at checkout will be correct for courier delivery over a certain weight even though you may have chosed UK Royal Mail.

For overseas we charge for a fast, reliable but economical method of shipping to you - usually Royal Airmail Priority International if it is under 1.25kg and Royal Mail tracked and signed for if it is over 1.25kg but under 2kg

If your order comes to over 2kg we cannot send it by Royal Mail Airmail and it will be sent by a fast, reliable, economy, tracked and signed for courier.

If you are unsure of which option to choose because you do not know the weight please be assured that the price that is displayed will be the correct price for the weight of your order as this is calculated automaticaly by the weight matrix set up on our site according to each item you have in your basket. This will be the same price irrespective of what option is chosen and provided that you have chosen the correct shipping zone for your country (UK, EU or Worldwide) will be the correct price.

‚ÄčPlease be sure that you choose the correct delivery method for your shipping zone - that is UK, EU or Worldwide at checkout - failure to do so may result in us not being able to send your order until the correct payment has been made.  The country you choose will also determine whether you pay VAT or not.

We aim to get things to you as quickly as possible.  If you believe that your order may have got lost or delayed please first do these checks: 
Contact your local post office depot to see if it is there
Check you have given us the correct address details on your order, including postcode.
Ask your neighbours - Royal Mail have a new policy of leaving packets they cannot deliver with neighbours.
Check your sheds and any redundant letter boxes.

Please contact us if you have no luck with any of these suggestions.

Also please take note overseas customers - unfortunately we very occasionally experience delays in our shipping at customs/security due to them investigating the package.  This can delay your packet for up to three weeks. Unfortunately we have no control over this occurance and can only recommend patience!  Please contact us if your packet is significantly late in arriving.
