please note that all the prices shown are inclusive of VAT.  VAT is deducted at the checkout for overseas customers - please enter your country in the box provided at checkout and the VAT will automatically be deducted from your total. 
 

POSTAGE
Postage is calculated according to the total weight of what is in your basket and is also dependant on your country so please enter this in the box provided at checkout.  Our postage costs include a small amount for packaging..    


CHECKOUT 
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHOOSE YOUR POSTAGE COUNTRY AT CHECKOUT THEN THE VAT WILL BE DEDUCTED AND CORRECT POSTAGE CAN BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT DELIVERY OPTION FOR YOUR COUNTRY FAILURE.
If your order comes to over 2kg it will be sent by a reliable economy tracked and signed for courier.  Please note that if your order comes to over 2kg we cannot send it by Royal Mail Airmail and INTERNATIONAL COURIER will be the cheaper option to choose at checkout, this will be the fastest, most economical courier we can find for your country. However if your order is likely to be under 2kg then the cheaper option to choose is the Royal Mail Airmail.


RETURNS
If your purchase is a mistake or does not fit, we are happy to take a return and replace or refund your item. 
Please return the item to the address given in the CONTACTS page within 30 days. For a full refund (but excluding postage) we expect the item to be returned in the same condition as we sent it. Please include the packing slip or, if you do not have this, your name, address, telephone number, email address and order number, if you have this, then we can trace your order.

If the item you receive is not what you ordered or not as described, or faulty we will fully refund the item and its postage both ways upon receiving it back. Please return the item within 30 days. If the item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Also, please contact us if the item is significantly late in arriving.

Please note - a number of times overseas items have been about two weeks late, this is quite often due to delays through customs or security. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with any aspect of your transaction please let us know ASAP so we can resolve the problem - we know we can fix it.
